Football Recap: Navarre Piles Up the Points Against Tate

Navarre's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They blew past the Tate Aggies 37-0. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Aggies recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Navarre didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Rory Curtis and Natalie Busch.

Navarre pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 31.0 points over those games. As for Tate, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.

Coming up, Navarre will take on Belleview in a tournament on Friday. Navarre's defense has only allowed 11.5 points per game this season, so Belleview's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Tate, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gulf Breeze at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be Gulf Breeze's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
