After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lake Norman Charter, East Rowan was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Jay M. Robinson Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-13, 25-16.
East Rowan got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Dry out in front who had 16 digs and two aces. What's more, Dry posted four assists, the most she's had since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Barrier, who had four digs and three aces.
They weren't the only good server: East Rowan was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They are a perfect 4-0 when they serve at least ten aces.
The victory got East Rowan back to even at 4-4.
