Baseball Recap: Eagle Point's Losing Streak Snapped at Five Games

Eagle Point had lost five straight, but after bumping their record up to 2-6 on Tuesday that streak is in the rearview. They never let the Ashland Grizzlies get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Eagles not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 19, 2025 (when they won 13-0).

As for Ashland, they now have a losing record of 3-4. The contest marked the first time this year in which they were not able to get on the board.

For Ashland's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cobain Taylor, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Eagle Point will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Grizzlies: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
