It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. John can now relate to. They lost 8-1 to the John F. Kennedy Catholic Eagles on Tuesday. The Fighting Herald's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

St. John saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anthony Severino, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

St. John's defeat dropped their record down to 19-6. As for John F. Kennedy Catholic, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-8.

As of now, neither St. John nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
