Grace Shiotani was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-6 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Alessa Iliakis, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Saturday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Bothell has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .468. However, it's not like Ballard struggles in that department as they've averaged .454. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Bothell skirted past Ballard 4-2 in their previous meeting back in March of 2025. Do the Cougars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Beavers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
