 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Michael Coleman, who  went 2-for-3 with three  runs and two  doubles. Those  three  runs gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ryan Friel, who  went 3-for-4 with one  double and one  RBI.
Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic has  been performing  well recently as they've  won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record  this season. As for Father Judge, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-7.
 Coming up, Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic will look to defend their home field  on Wednesday against La Salle College  at 4:00  p.m. The Explorers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.6  runs per game  this season, so the Friars/Pandas' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Father Judge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
