Harvest Prep Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success. They strolled past Skyview with points to spare, taking the game 73-57. The win was just what Harvest Prep Academy needed coming off of a 63-37 defeat in their prior matchup.
Leo Cordova continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 35 points and 4 assists. That makes it seven consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Harvest Prep Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Jonathon Armas, who scored 16 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Gila Bend unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They suffered a tough 52-31 defeat at the hands of A+ Charter School. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Gila Bend has scored all season.
Harvest Prep Academy's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-5. As for Gila Bend, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-2.
