Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only First Preparatory Christian Academy walked away with it. They walked away with a 59-48 victory over the Citizens Christian Academy Patriots on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Highlanders sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

First Preparatory Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jaiden Thomas, who posted 24 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Malachi Furlow, who scored 11 points and eight steals.

First Preparatory Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Citizens Christian Academy, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 18-11.

As of now, neither First Preparatory Christian Academy nor Citizens Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
