After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Trinity Christian, Seminole was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Midland Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

Rowin Donaldson and Obed Reyes made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Donaldson pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Reyes tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. That's the first time Donaldson hasn't allowed a single hit over his last six matchups. At the plate, Donaldson went 2-for-4 with one triple, while Reyes scored a run while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Stephen Davis, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February.

Seminole's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-5. As for Midland, with the defeat, they broke their 13-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-1.

Looking ahead, Seminole will square off against Greenwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Midland, they will take on Fort Stockton at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (Fort Stockton 4.1, Midland 1.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
