They were just one part of a punishing run game: Conrad was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 358 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Conrad didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. Sullivan picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

They were dealt a 46-14 loss at the hands of Malta/Whitewater/Saco/Dodson. Wolf Point/Frazer/Lustre Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-6.
Conrad will have to contain Jayden Dominique as he made an impact in Wolf Point/Frazer/Lustre Christian's last game. He rushed for 86 yards and one score. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 84 yards.
The victory got Conrad back to even at 2-2. As for Wolf Point/Frazer/Lustre Christian, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.
Friday's contest might be decided on the ground. Conrad has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 236.8 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Wolf Point/Frazer/Lustre Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 217.8 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Conrad was able to grind out a solid win over Wolf Point/Frazer/Lustre Christian in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 33-20. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cowboys since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
