Centennial won the last time they faced Seguin and things went their way on Friday too. Centennial blew past Seguin 14-1. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won six matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Centennial, bringing their record up to 10-8. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Seguin, their defeat was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 9-12.

Looking ahead, Centennial will head out to challenge Everman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seguin, they will be playing at home against Joshua at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Joshua's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Seguin's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
