Franklin Parish's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Ouachita Parish, the  victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming  matchups. Franklin Parish will face off against West Ouachita at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. This will  be the Patriots' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Ouachita Parish, they will square off against Ruston at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Lions will need to watch out since the Bearcats have now posted at least 31  points  every time they've taken the field this season.
