If The Forest Park Rangers were riding high off their 57-7 takedown of the Mitchell Bluejackets last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Forest Park had to suffer through a rough 50-14 loss at the hands of Paoli. Forest Park was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-7.
It was another big night for Trey Rominger, who rushed for 188 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per carry. Dane Padgett was another key contributor, rushing for 78 yards and a touchdown.
Forest Park's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 6-5. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 14.5 points per game. As for Paoli, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.
Forest Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Paoli will head out on the road to face off against North Posey at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. North Posey is coming into the match hot, having won their last six games.
