Howell North has gone a perfect 3-0 against Timberland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Knights will head out on the road to face off against the T-Wolves at 5:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Howell North is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Missouri's top teams: Fort Zumwalt West, who was ranked 17th at the time (Howell North was ranked 20th). The Knights won by a set and slipped past the Jaguars 3-2.
Howell North had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 24-26, 25-16, 25-16, 15-12.

Howell North can attribute much of their success to Alex Williams, who had 14 digs and two aces. What's more, Williams posted four assists, the most he's had since back in March.
Meanwhile, Timberland had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Hazelwood West on Tuesday. The T-Wolves not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 25th (when they won 3-0).
Timberland walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-21, 25-14, 25-18.
Timberland's record is now 5-11. As for Howell North, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
Everything went Howell North's way against Timberland in their previous matchup on April 1st, as Howell North made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
