Irmo saw some tournament action on Friday. They blew past the Mid-Carolina Rebels 42-21. The Yellow Jackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 21 points or more this season.

Leading Irmo to victory were Janiyah Stokes and Lailah Singletary. Stokes went 5 of 7 on her way to 12 points, while Singletary posted eight points along with five assists and four steals. Stokes has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. La?Nee McCutchen was another key player, putting up seven points and nine boards.

Irmo is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 42.3 points. As for Mid-Carolina, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.
