The West Forsyth Titans lost against the East Wilkes Cardinals back in November of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. West Forsyth fell just short of East Wilkes by a score of 33-30. West Forsyth has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Brooklynn King and Alexis Waters certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. King dropped a double-double on 13 points and 10 rebounds, while Waters scored 7 points along with 3 steals.
West Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for East Wilkes, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
West Forsyth will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Parkland at 11:00 a.m. on November 22nd. As for East Wilkes, they will take on East Surry at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
