On Friday Barron take on Spooner at 7:00 PM. The odds don't look promising for Barron, but the bigger the opponent is, the harder they fall.
Barron took a serious blow against Cumberland last week, falling 6-46. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Barron.
Spooner had a rough outing against Bloomer two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Spooner took their matchup against Hayward/Lac Courte Oreilles by a conclusive 45-12 score.
Spooner's win lifted them to 2-2 while Barron's loss dropped them down to 1-3. We'll find out if Spooner can add another positive mark to their record or if Barron can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Spooner's step.
