If the Peachtree Academy Panthers were feeling good off their 55-35 takedown of the Providence Classical Christian Warriors last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Peachtree Academy took a 56-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions on Tuesday. Peachtree Academy lost against the Lions in their previous head to head last Tuesday, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 71-41 score last time.
Defeat or not, Peachtree Academy got some senior leadership from Noah Rodriguez and Nate Occilien-Similien. Rodriguez dropped a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds, while Occilien-Similien. scored ten points along with five assists and five rebounds. Rodriguez has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played.
