It was a good run, but Westbury unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 67-57 to the Milby Buffs. The Huskies were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Buffs earlier this season, when they won 66-48.

Leading Milby to victory were Albert Sample III and Isaiah Washington. Sample III went 6 for 8 on his way to 15 points and seven rebounds, while Washington dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 boards. Washington is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kobe Brown, who posted 12 points and seven rebounds.

Westbury's record now sits at 5-7. As for Milby, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-8.

Westbury didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 70-65 win against Davenport on the 21st. As for Milby, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 78-53 loss against Spring Woods on the 21st.
