The Hayden Tigers won the last time they faced the Soroco Rams, and things went their way on Saturday too. Hayden strolled past Soroco with points to spare, taking the game 53-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hayden.
Logan Brown was a one-man wrecking crew for Hayden as he dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Grady Frentress, who scored 12 points along with six steals.
Hayden's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Soroco, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hayden will take on Vail Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Soroco, they will head out on the road to square off against Vail Mountain at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
