Centennial (Roswell, Ga.) 18 points,
Lambert (Suwanee, Ga.) surged back to grab a 24-23 win over
Centennial (Roswell, Ga.) Saturday.
After nabbing the lead on a
Tee Holland touchdown pass to
Caden Herring, the Knights went into halftime with a 21-10 lead. The Longhorns took the lead to win the game on a touchdown pass by
Tucker Maxwell in the third quarter.
Lambert got revenge for last year's 26-7 loss to Centennial with the victory.
In a AAAAAA Region 6 game next week Lambert (3-3) takes on Johns Creek, and Centennial (1-5) will go up against South Forsyth also in a AAAAAA Region 6 game.
