C District 1 (8 Man) recap Oct. 9, 2012
Forgan extended the longest winning streak in C District 1 (8 Man) this week by beating Boise City, 56-6. The victory was the fifth in a row for the Bulldogs.
Forgan took down the Wildcats 56-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Sharon-Mutual's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Trojans feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Cooper Free has thrown for 723 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Cody Campbell has 26 catches for 388 yards. Free also leads the league in rushing with 602 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Sharon-Mutual takes on Buffalo. The Trojans are in second place, while the Bison are in fifth place.
Billy Nichols' team led C District 1 (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 56 points on Boise City.
