Adding to the longest winning streak in 4A Region 3 this week, Dadeville beat Thomasville 7-6. The victory was the sixth in a row for the Tigers.
Childersburg made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 2,606 from 3,568. The improvement was largely due to a 34-33 victory over Andalusia last week.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Elmore County's Michael Walls and Javon Moore have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-0 quarterback Walls has thrown for 1,715 yards this season, while Moore has 48 catches for 837 yards. Dadeville's C. J. Tolbert leads the league in rushing yards with 1,190.
The Tigers led the league in scoring this week after putting up 34 points on the Bulldogs.
