After losing to the Ripon Christian Knights the last time they met, the Calaveras Red Hawks decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Calaveras secured a 48-43 W over Ripon Christian on Thursday.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Calaveras to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mason Moser, who scored 16 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Corbin Curran, who scored 15 points along with 5 rebounds.
The win got Calaveras back to even at 1-1. As for Ripon Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Calaveras will face off against Big Valley Christian at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Ripon Christian won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Beyer at 6:30 p.m. on December 1st.
