Sandy Creek had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Long County Blue Tide on Thursday as they made off with a 6-2 victory. Considering Sandy Creek have won 13 contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Long County with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kelsie Henton (4), Natalie Winfrey, and Gabrielle Johnson.

The win was the sixth in a row for Sandy Creek, bringing their record up to 17-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 53 goals over those six matchups. As for Long County, their loss dropped their record down to 15-3.

As of now, neither Sandy Creek nor the Blue Tide have any future games scheduled.
