Michael Montoya was the offensive standout of the matchup as he threw for 133 yards and two touchdowns while completing 100% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. The team also got some help courtesy of Gilbert Trillo, who gained 45 total yards and three touchdowns.
Donna North can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They secured a 49-44 W over Lopez. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Donna North's zero-point performance the game before.
Donna North can attribute much of their success to Prince Johnson, who gained 169 total yards and three touchdowns, and Marc Ibarra, who rushed for 215 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. Christian Guerrero also helped out with an impressive 80 receiving yards.
Their wins bumped Veterans Memorial to 5-2 and Donna North to 4-3.

However, it's not like Donna North struggles in that department as they've been averaging 221 per game. It's looking like Friday's match might have some serious battles in the trenches.
