Prentiss Christian scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They had to suffer through a 85-58 loss at the hands of the Woodlawn Prep Wolfpack. The defeat leaves the Saints without a win on the season.

Woodlawn Prep had a senior duo take command as Cole Sinclair almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds and Jack Carney almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine assists. Sinclair also set a new season-high mark in assists with seven. Ethan Bullock was another key player, going 6 for 11 from beyond the arc on his way to 18 points.

Prentiss Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Woodlawn Prep, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Prentiss Christian and Mt. Salus Christian will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. As for Woodlawn Prep, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Wilkinson County Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
