Naselle had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took their matchup on Saturday with ease, bagging a 64-8 win over the Odessa Tigers. The victory was the ninth in a row for Naselle, bringing their record up to 10-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 44.2 points over those games. As for Odessa, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
Looking ahead, Naselle will square off against Almira-Coulee-Hartline at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Comets will need to watch out since the Warriors have now posted at least 31 points in their last eight games. Odessa does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
