The result was an unpleasant reminder to Caledonia-Mumford of the 47-40 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.
Loss or not, Caledonia-Mumford got some senior leadership from Nathan Doll and Donny Peet. Doll dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds, while Peet. scored 14 points along with two steals. That was a full 36.6% of Caledonia-Mumford's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Caledonia-Mumford struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Caledonia-Mumford has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Letchworth, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-6.
Caledonia-Mumford will take on Pavilion at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Caledonia-Mumford focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Tuesday. As for Letchworth, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Keshequa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Letchworth is facing Keshequa at the right time seeing as Keshequa is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
