North Gwinnett lost to Johns Creek back in August of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Bulldogs had just enough and edged out the Gladiators 2-1. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on three straight.

Mia Ray paced North Gwinnett's offense, picking up 12 kills. Ray were helped by Kalli Yoo and Harper Phillips, who contributed 12 assists each. Sofia Book controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

North Gwinnett's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Johns Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

North Gwinnett has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against North Forsyth on the 23rd. As for Johns Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Harrison on the 23rd.
