There's no place like home for Luray, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 61-20 victory over the Madison County Mountaineers. The Bulldogs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Madison County lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Gracie Woodward, who posted three points and ten rebounds. Woodward has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayana Green, who had four points and eight rebounds.

Luray's win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Madison County, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Luray will square off against Stonewall Jackson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Luray is facing Stonewall Jackson at the right time seeing as Stonewall Jackson is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Madison County, they will take on Strasburg at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
