The Dillon Wildcats will be playing at home against the Camden Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Dillon walked away with it. They breezed by North Charleston at home to the tune of 42-8. The victory was familiar territory for Dillon who now have eight in a row.
Meanwhile, Camden waltzed into Friday's match with two straight wins but they left with three. They claimed a resounding 48-7 victory over Dreher at home. With Camden ahead 34-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Grayson White continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 287 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground. White is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Maxwell Ford, who picked up 150 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Dillon's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1. As for Camden, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
Dillon strolled past Camden in their previous matchup back in November of 2022 by a score of 31-14. Will Dillon repeat their success, or does Camden have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
