Hudson Dukes and Kenneth Haynes certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Dukes went 7-for-15 on his way to 17 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Haynes dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten boards. Haynes is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in each of the last 30 games he's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Dukes, who posted seven points.
Southeastern HomeSchool's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Daniel Boehling led the charge by shooting 50% from the field to rack up 13 points in addition to eight boards and three steals. What's more, Boehling posted three assists, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Ben Artemenko, who put up 12 points.
HALO now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Southeastern HomeSchool, their record is now 3-1.
