While losing is never fun, Timber Creek can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 247th, while Winter Park is ranked 65th).
Despite the loss, Timber Creek got a solid performance out of Nathaniel Hull, who rushed for 129 yards and two touchdowns.
Cypress Creek's defeat was their sixth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-9. As for Timber Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
Cypress Creek was taken down by Timber Creek 42-0 in their previous meeting back in November of 2022. Will Cypress Creek have more luck at home instead of on the road?
