Dixie waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the National Trail Blazers 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Greyhounds, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Dixie was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-19, 25-20.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dixie to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jacie Hartmier, who had 15 digs and two aces. Hartmier is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last six games she's played.
Dixie's record now sits at 10-8. As for National Trail, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.
