Miller Place's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Julie Orenzo, who scored 13 points. Orenzo continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Zicchinelli, who scored 13 points.
Miller Place has not been sharp recently as the team has lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Sayville, their win bumped their record up to 8-1.

Sayville is coming into the match with six straight victories at home, so Miller Place is out to stop a squad with plenty of momentum.
