San Juan Hills added to the longest winning streak in Sea View this week by beating Dana Hills, 28-21. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Stallions.
Aliso Niguel scaled the state rankings by moving to 590 from 645 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Wolverines were able to move up by beating Capistrano Valley 50-27.
San Juan Hills' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver.
On the heels of Jacob Gibson and Brad Kremer, Aaron Flowers' team has had great success on offense. Gibson leads the league in passing with 1,846 yards, while Kremer has rushed for 756 yards this season. Tops in the league in receiving yards is the Dolphins' Sean Schulte, with 695 yards on 35 catches.
So far this year, Matthew Gordon has thrown for 1,841 yards with 17 touchdowns and 9 interceptions.
The Cougars lost to Aliso Niguel 50-27 last week, the largest margin of any game.
