Even though they lost, The Webb School didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and finished the game with eight strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Silverdale Academy only tossed three.

The Webb School now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Silverdale Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.
The Webb School will head out on the road to take on LaVergne at 1:00 p.m. in Saturday's first game. LaVergne hasn't scored more than two runs for seven games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse. As for Silverdale Academy, they will look to defend their home field in their first game on Saturday against Jackson Christian at 12:00 p.m. Jackson Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.
