Volleyball Recap: Kennedy's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Tuesday

It was a good run, but Kennedy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roosevelt Rough Riders.

While Kennedy had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 15-18. As for Roosevelt, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4-1 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedy will host Agricultural Science at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Roosevelt, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Northtown at 5:00 p.m.
