Whiteland came out on top against Decatur Central on Wednesday thanks in part to Addi Smith's efforts. Smith went 3-for-6 with two RBI, which was good enough to set a new career-high in hits.

Looking ahead, Smith and Whiteland will host Perry Meridian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors are 9-1 against the Falcons going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
