While Burlington scored more goals than they have all season, the final result was a bit underwhelming. Neither they nor the Wilmington Wildcats could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Burlington's first draw of the season.

Burlington's draw gives them a new season record of 1-8-1. Meanwhile, Wilmington's record is now 0-9-2.
