The McMichael Phoenix lost against the Walkertown Wolfpack back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. McMichael and Walkertown were almost perfectly matched up, but McMichael suffered an agonizing 28-27 loss.
McMichael's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Walkertown, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-6.
McMichael will take on T.W. Andrews at 7:30 p.m. on October 27th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in North Carolina (T.W. Andrews is ranked 198th, while McMichael is ranked 220th). As for Walkertown, they will head out on the road to face off against West Stokes at 7:30 p.m. on October 27th.
