They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mount Dora Christian Academy Bulldogs, sneaking past 6-4. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on six straight.
Dallas Esperas was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits. Esperas was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
In other batting news, Jazlyn Rodriguez was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
