Austwell-Tivoli is 0-10 against Nordheim since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Austwell-Tivoli Redfish will head out on the road to face off against the Nordheim Pirates at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Austwell-Tivoli's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matches.
Austwell-Tivoli proved they can win big back in December of 2023 (they won by 29) but back in January they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past Pettus 56-54.
Meanwhile, Nordheim pushed their score all the way to 55 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 62-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pettus.
Austwell-Tivoli's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6. As for Nordheim, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-10.
Austwell-Tivoli came up short against Nordheim in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, falling 77-68. Can Austwell-Tivoli avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
