Volleyball Recap: Bremen Wins Going Away Against Central Noble

It was a proper cat-fight when Bremen challenged Central Noble on Thursday. The Lions put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win. The contest marked the Lions' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Bremen walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 25-20, 25-19.

Teagan Feathers paced Bremen's offense, picking up ten kills. Feathers got some help from Emma Kincaid and her 15 assists. Eliana Grubbs and Sara Sahlhoff kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Bremen's victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Central Noble, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bremen will face off against Oregon-Davis at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Central Noble, they will square off against Fort Wayne Snider at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
