It's playoff time, and Carbon had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs with a sharp  17-1 win on Saturday. The Dinos' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
 Aleece Ardohain was  incredible,  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances with two  stolen bases, three  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  two  stolen bases gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Danica Adams, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with three  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
 Carbon  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .700. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Carbon is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-15 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.9 runs over those games. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record  this season.
