The Ben Bolt Badgers can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 54-0 victory over Kaufer. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Ben Bolt also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2022.
Devin Godines continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 188 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries. Godines has been hot recently, having posted 100 or more rushing yards the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Louis Sill, who rushed for 66 yards and a touchdown.
Ben Bolt's win was their third straight on the road , which pushed their record up to 5-5. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 31.3 points per game. As for Kaufer, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Ben Bolt will take on Refugio at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Refugio will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak. Kaufer does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
