After having lost a blowout in their previous game against San Bernardino, Miller was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Pacific Pirates as the Miller Rebels made off with a 77-55 win. The Rebels' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

When it comes to explaining why Pacific lost, don't look at Maurice Fitzgerald. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 22 points and 15 rebounds. Fitzgerald is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least 12 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Francisco Garcia, who posted 20 points.

Miller's victory bumped their record up to 2-9. As for Pacific, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Miller didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 55-35 win against Arroyo Valley on the 16th. As for Pacific, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 78-17 loss against Indian Springs on the 16th.
