Cretin-Derham Hall put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 83-64 victory over the East Ridge Raptors. The Raiders' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

It was another big night for Tommy Ahneman, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 16 rebounds. Monteff Dixon was another key player, going 7 for 10 on his way to 16 points in addition to six assists and six boards.

Cretin-Derham Hall was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now racked up at least 20 assists in six consecutive games.

Cretin-Derham Hall's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. As for East Ridge, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Cretin-Derham Hall will head out to square off against St. Thomas Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 27th. As for East Ridge, they will host Totino-Grace at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Totino-Grace knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully East Ridge likes a good challenge.
