The Lake Mead Christian Academy Eagles will square off against the Indian Springs Thunderbirds at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Lake Mead Christian Academy's pitching crew heads into the  match  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by  a  15-0 margin over Pinecrest Academy Cadence. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
 Danny Yeates made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Yeates was also solid in the batter's box,  going a perfect 1-for-1 with three  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run.
 In other batting news,  Cooper Garrett was  incredible,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  RBI, one  triple,  and one  run. Another player making a difference was  Cash Johnson, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Indian Springs). They put the hurt on Round Mountain with a sharp  22-0 win on Thursday. The  victory was familiar territory for the Thunderbirds, who have now won four  contests in a row.
Like Lake Mead Christian Academy, Indian Springs also got a great game from a two-way player:  Adam Groeblinghoff. He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Groeblinghoff has been consistent: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 In other batting news, Indian Springs got a  massive  performance out of  Jacob Gourley, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, three  stolen bases,  and five  RBI. That's the most  RBI  Gourley has posted since back in April of 2024.  Cole Concoby was another key player,  going a perfect 4-for-4 with two  stolen bases, four  RBI,  and two  runs.
 Indian Springs was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .778. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .312 or higher in five consecutive  games.
 Lake Mead Christian Academy pushed their record up to 14-1 with the  win, which was their ninth straight  at home dating back to last season. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for Indian Springs, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.
 Lake Mead Christian Academy took their  victory against Indian Springs  in their previous meeting  on Monday by a conclusive  14-4 score. Do  the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Thunderbirds turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
